What if our moving dates do not line up?
If arranged in advance, we can include storage as part of your moving plan. Storage, additional handling and delivery from storage are separately chargeable services. If an unexpected delay occurs, please contact us immediately. Alternative arrangements depend on availability, and the customer remains responsible for the additional costs.
Do I need a confirmed moving date to request an estimate?
No. You can request an estimate before your moving date is confirmed. Please provide the information you currently have and let us know when the arrangements change. An estimate request does not reserve a booking.
